Refund policy
If something doesn’t meet your expectations, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges are available for all or part of your purchase made on our website novacomfort.ae.
If your order was delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day return window starts from the dispatch date of the final parcel. Items must be returned in a clean, unused, and unwashed condition, with original tags and packaging included.
Nova Comfort reserves the right to reject returns that are submitted after the allowed return period or if the items are not in their original condition.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at +971 56 790 25 95 or email us at sales@novacomfort.ae. Be sure to mention your order confirmation and the reason for your return. If your item arrived damaged or does not meet quality standards, please include photos or videos showing the issue.
If the issue is confirmed by our quality team, Nova Comfort will cover return shipping within the UAE. If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping within the UAE is also covered. For returns from outside the UAE, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
